Extender Kit for TQ HPR50 engine

New kit for ebikes with Volabike’s TQ HPR 50 engines.It allows to increase the capacity of the e-bike by 252Wh or 504Wh, which are added to the capacity of the internal battery of the bike, for a maximum autonomy.

This kit, is specific to ebikes that mount TQ HPR 50 engines.Thanks to the disposal of the cells, the available space on the bicycle frame is used to mount an extender with greater capacity, keeping the center of gravity of the bicycle as low as possible.

The battery is protected within a semi-rigid hermetic transport bag, and is installed in the space reserved for the port.

For its construction only the best cells available on the market are used, using only those of the most renowned manufacturers (Samsung - LG), and using the best models, both in power of download and in load capacity.Also, our kits have the latest BMS electronics, with ultra-low resistance Mosfets, temperature control and separate loading and discharge ports.Our batteries have protection against overload, overload, excess consumption and double short-circuit protection, both in the loading port and in the loading port, making our batteries the safest on the market.To manage the use of the batteries, an additional electronics is included in the BMS that allows both batteries to work in parallel.This helps to increase the battery life of our e-bike, by decreasing the effort you have to do to power the engine, protecting it from premature waste and avoiding possible overheating failures.

The extender bicycle connection is made directly to the cargo port, using an original connection cable, so the installation is simply reduced to mount the extender in the box and connect it to the cargo port.

The use of this extender kit is very simple.It is only necessary to charge both batteries 100% and light the bicycle and extend it at the beginning of the route.Both batteries will be charged at the same time.This helps to increase the internal battery life of our e-bike, by decreasing the effort you have to do to power the engine, protecting it from premature waste and avoiding possible failures by overheating.

The kit consists of:

• Battery extender in hermetic transport bag, with lighting switch and cargo port.
• Connection cable with specific control electronics for the TQ HPR 50 engine.
• 2A carrier with load indicator.
• Tornado and assembly accessories.
• Manual of assembly.

The whole kit is sent in a double alveolated carton box, protected with foam to avoid damage in transport.
