TQ - FLYON HPR 120S

The new ebikes kit with Volabike's TQ HPR 120S Flyon engines, allows to increase the e-bike capacity by 504Wh or 756Wh, which are added to the internal battery capacity of the bicycle, for a maximum autonomy.This kit, is specific to ebikes that mount engines TQ HPR 120S (Haibike Flyon and M1-Sportstechnik Spitzing).Thanks to the disposal of the cells, the available space on the bicycle frame is used to mount an extender with greater capacity, keeping the center of gravity of the bicycle as low as possible.The battery is protected within a semi-rigid hermetic transport bag, which is fixed on the bicycle frame using an aluminum anchor plate in the space reserved for the port.It also has velcro cinches that you can be used to fix the extender in any other position.For its construction the best batteries available on the market are used, using only the cells of the most renowned manufacturers (Samsung - LG), and using the best models, both in capacity and in capacity.To perform the installation of this kit, a specific connection cable for TQ engines is included.This cable, connects to the original cable of the bicycle, by means of fast connectors that allow to make this step in a simple way, without the need to weld cables or modify the original installation of the bicycle.To perform the installation, only a key game is needed to access the bicycle cable.It adds detailed manual with pictures and point-by-point descriptions of all the steps to do to complete the assembly, thus facilitating the power to perform the installation of the kit.The remaining material is also included for the complete installation of the kit.The use of this extender kit is very simple.It is only necessary to charge both batteries 100% and light the bicycle and extend it at the beginning of the route.Both batteries will be charged at the same time.This helps to increase the internal battery life of our e-bike, by decreasing the effort you have to do to power the engine, protecting it from premature waste and avoiding possible failures by overheating.The kit consists of:

The whole kit is sent in a double alveolated carton box, protected with foam to avoid damage in transport.
